Design + development project for a construction startup in Northern Massachusetts. The site implements a variety of Jquery functions to keep animations snappy and the site browser-friendly. I utilized the Conversion Associates content management system for this client. I also did the corporate identity for this project.

This was a project done at Conversion Associates with The Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group for a condominium development at the intersection of Boston’s Back Bay and South End. We merged Flash + HTML to meet the client’s very specific animation requests and still create a site that is an analytics powerhouse. Design concept by Nick Goggans, Flash development by Raymond Burgett.

This is a site that I designed for a rental home at The Homestead Preserve in Hot Springs, VA. The owner was finding that most local rental agencies, specializing in ‘cottages,’ were having a difficult time finding a target market for this 5-bedroom home so he consulted with Conversion Associates and determined creating his own identity and website would best reach his target market.

This project, for Intercontinental Hotels in Boston, was to drive SEM traffic to a series of landing pages promoting a variety of services. Templates were built in the Conversion Associates CMS and pages were developed through replication and simple content changes.
